Start your Athletic Clearances early!
Clearances take a while if it's your first time so let's get started:
*Please make an appointment for a physical asap or have your player's doctor fill out athletic clearance if physical was recent.
make an account on Home Campus
complete clearance on website (you can go back and download filled out physical form after their appointment is completed)
turn in clearance form to Wilson athletics office
When all steps have been completed and accepted, your athlete(s) will be cleared to play for the season (CIF and LBUSD rules)
